Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using FlowDay, a scheduling and booking service operated by Lowe Down Media LLC. By creating an account or using FlowDay, you agree to these terms.

Using FlowDay

You may use FlowDay to create booking pages, manage meeting types, accept bookings, send related emails, and connect supported calendar services. You are responsible for the information you enter, the meetings you offer, and your use of the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a FlowDay account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login information secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Account Status

FlowDay may suspend, reinstate, or cancel accounts when needed to protect the service, respond to misuse, handle support requests, comply with legal obligations, or manage the beta program. A suspended or cancelled account is not available to the account holder or the public. Suspended accounts that remain suspended for more than 30 days and cancelled accounts that remain cancelled for more than 30 days are deleted from FlowDay. After deletion, returning users must create and set up a new account.

Bookings and Communications

FlowDay sends booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation messages, reschedule messages, support messages, account-related emails, and beta feedback communications. By using FlowDay, you agree that these service emails may be sent to you and to people who book with you.

You are responsible for honoring, cancelling, or rescheduling meetings as appropriate. FlowDay helps coordinate scheduling, but it is not responsible for missed meetings, scheduling disputes, or promises made between hosts and guests.

Calendar Connections

If you connect Google Calendar, FlowDay may read busy times and create, update, or delete booking-related calendar events as needed to provide scheduling features. You can disconnect calendar access from your dashboard. Google Calendar availability depends on Google's services and the permissions you grant.

Beta Service

FlowDay is currently in beta. Features may change, parts of the service may be incomplete, and bugs or interruptions may occur while the product is being improved. Beta access may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended at any time.

Paid Plans

FlowDay is free during beta. If paid plans, trials, subscriptions, or billing features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you are charged. Future paid plans may include subscription status, trial periods, payment failure handling, cancellation rules, and billing portal access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FlowDay, attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, send unlawful content, or use FlowDay for spam, fraud, harassment, or other harmful activity.

You also agree not to use FlowDay to collect sensitive information from booking guests unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate consent. FlowDay is intended for ordinary scheduling, not for emergency services, medical diagnosis, legal advice delivery, or other high-risk uses.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the profile text, meeting descriptions, custom questions, notes, and other content you enter into FlowDay. You give FlowDay permission to store, process, display, and send that content as needed to provide the service.

Service Availability

FlowDay is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every error will be corrected immediately.

Disclaimers

FlowDay is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will meet every need, be error-free, or be available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FlowDay and Lowe Down Media LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to FlowDay will not exceed the amount you paid to FlowDay in the three months before the claim, or 100 dollars if you have not paid FlowDay.

Termination

You may stop using FlowDay at any time. You can cancel your account from the Support page in your dashboard. Cancellation immediately disables your dashboard and public booking page, and your account is deleted after 30 days unless it is reinstated during that period. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create risk for FlowDay or others, or if the beta program changes or ends. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will show when changes were last made. Continued use of FlowDay after changes means you accept the updated terms.
