Privacy Policy

Last updated June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FlowDay, operated by Lowe Down Media LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the scheduling service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, setting up your profile, creating meeting types, connecting calendars, and receiving or making bookings.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide FlowDay, manage bookings, send service emails, prevent scheduling conflicts, support account access, improve the product, respond to support requests, run the beta program, and protect the service from misuse.

Owner Administration

FlowDay includes an owner administration view for the creator of FlowDay. This view is intentionally limited to basic account management details: account email address, username, sign-up date, and account status. It is not intended to expose booking notes, client details, calendar contents, or private scheduling settings.

Emails

FlowDay sends account, booking, cancellation, reschedule, reminder, and summary emails. These are part of providing the scheduling service.

Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, FlowDay uses calendar access to read busy times and create or remove booking-related calendar events. FlowDay uses Google Calendar data only to provide scheduling features, such as showing availability, preventing conflicts, and managing booking-related events. FlowDay does not sell calendar data or use it for advertising.

You can disconnect Google Calendar access from your dashboard. You may also manage connected app access from your Google account settings.

Service Providers

FlowDay uses trusted service providers to operate the app, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics or diagnostics, and calendar integration providers. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Booking details are shared between the person hosting a meeting and the person booking that meeting, because that is necessary for scheduling.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect FlowDay or others, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide FlowDay, maintain records, resolve issues, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. Suspended accounts that remain suspended for more than 30 days and cancelled accounts that remain cancelled for more than 30 days are deleted from FlowDay, including their FlowDay account records and linked authentication account. Some limited records may still be retained when required for security, legal, or operational reasons, including records held by service providers under their own retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your Choices

You can update many account and booking settings from your dashboard. You can disconnect Google Calendar access from FlowDay. You can cancel your FlowDay account from the Support page in your dashboard. Cancellation immediately disables your dashboard and public booking page, and your account is deleted after 30 days unless it is reinstated during that period. You can contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting account information, subject to legal and operational limits.

Beta Feedback

If you submit feedback, support questions, or bug reports, FlowDay may use that information to troubleshoot, improve the product, and communicate with you about the beta.

Future Billing

FlowDay is free during beta. FlowDay plans to offer paid plans in the future. If paid plans are introduced, a payment provider such as Stripe may process payment details, subscription status, invoices, trial dates, and cancellation information. FlowDay will not store full payment card numbers directly.

Children

FlowDay accounts are intended only for adults age 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not create or manage a FlowDay account. FlowDay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to FlowDay, please contact support@flowday.life so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will show when changes were last made.
